Which walls can be demolished ?
Without the help of an architect, we can only remove the partition walls which are not load-bearing structures.
If your transformation project requires the removal of a load-bearing wall, we will need to collaborate with an architect and ask for a planning permission. Working on a load-bearing wall requires us to review and modify the entire stability of the building.
